If you are unhappy with your product for some reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund on Gift vouchers, or downloadable products, or clearance items. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To return your product, you should first email email@example.com to confirm your eligibility for a refund. All returns should be posted to: Clear Choice Labs PO Box 1291 Oxley Queensland, 4075 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using registered post or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed at our end on the same day the returned goods are received, but some banks take longer than others to return the funds to your account. If you have still not received your refund 7 days after we notify you that the refund has been processed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
