Although specifically tailored as an entry level kit for those who may already have testing reagents, it is equally suitable for the expert who has their pool running like a finely tuned instrument, only requiring the occasional testing.
Unlike most manufacturers, we give you some indication of how many tests you can get out of your kit. Note however, that the exact number of tests will be determined by how high your chlorine levels are. If the levels are high (like when you are fighting an algae infection, for example), then you will use more of the chlorine titration reagent than if your chlorine levels are low. Additionally, variation in the “heaped spoonfuls” can cause you to run out of chlorine detection powder sooner than you might otherwise. With a pool in optimal condition, this kit will allow you to test up to 100 times.
Every part of this kit is replaceable – we don’t force you into buying a whole new kit just to get one part.

I converted to the TF100/K-2006 kits years ago after cruising the troublefreepool.com forum. However there’s been constant problems getting these kits into Australia. Amazon won’t ship them, local distributors are either out of stock, or not selling them. I bought this kit partially out of frustration, but it’s turned out to be great. Simple, clear instructions, and works just as well as the Taylor kit did. I’d prefer to be able to purchase a complete pool testing kit, but this one has solved my immediate problem.
