I have been really overwhelmed by the support we have received for this little venture, even though we are still working madly behind the scenes to get everything up and running. We really just wanted to say thank you to our customers for your business, and taking a punt on a new venture. We’re working hard to earn the trust that you place in us when you fork over your hard earned cash.
As with all new ventures, we’ve certainly had some hiccups. However we firmly believe that its what you do when things go wrong, not what you do when things go well that define what you stand for as a business. Despite good testing here, our pH comparators were not performing in the field the way we hoped (a 15% dissatisfaction rate is way too high), so we have withdrawn them from sale, and have contacted those who purchased offering a full refund (didn’t get the email? email us). We have a new version on its way, and we’ll be seeking volunteers for field testing soon.
It’s also taken much longer than we would prefer to get all the supporting materials up on the website, but if there are any questions, or anything that you need, just let us know.

the FAQ page does not seem to be working. None of the questions open into answers. Scrolling down the page and clicking a question pops the page back to the top again.
I’d like to order a kit. Will you still do the 10% discount for a first time order?
